* To qualify for the reduced EurAAc members registration fees, you must have already paid your membership fee for EURAAC (updated including 2024). To do so, please get in touch with Marie Stéphane Tixier ([email protected]) , and subsequently, send the proof of payment to the symposium secretary [email protected]

  • If you wish to register for EURAAC now, please, again contact Marie Stéphane Tixier.
  • We would like to remind you that the annual registration fee is 10 euros for active members and 5 euros for retirees

** If you are a student, to qualify for the reduced registration fees, you should send a copy of your student card to the symposium secretary [email protected]

- Above rates do not include VAT 24%

- A signed letterheaded document from the university/learning institution highlighting the student status of the individual or copy of a valid student ID must be uploaded during the online registration process.

Cancellation policy
  • Before June 30th 2024: Full refund excluding an administration fee of 50€
  • From July 1st 2024 onwards or in case of non attendance : 100% cancellation fees apply

 

Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
